The Elite Crono Fluid Bike Trainer uses hydrodynamic, progressive fluid resistance to provide a stationary workout on your road or mountain bike. Compatible with 700c and 26-inch wheeled bikes, the trainer system uses a patented, single-arm frame and your body weight to keep the bike in the rollers and on the resistance unit. This flexible system reduces the wear on your bike's frame while simulating the feeling of a real road ride. The trainer is equipped with an oversized ElastoGel roller for reduced noise and tire wear along with large fluid housing fins to dissipate heat. The trainer folds flat for storage when not in use.
